Home
She is home and we are enjoying her! The last few weekends have been beautiful days to drive around town. Last weekend, I met a friend at the bead store and drove this beauty. I love it!
She had to go back to the shop this week. Thursday night I got home from the store and saw a big puddle under her. At first I thought, well there is the expected oil spot for any old vehicle. But it was actually in the back of the car so that wasn't it. When I touched the fluid and smelled it it was definitely gas! So we immediately took her back to the shop and they found a clamp had come loose and a fuel line was leaking. It was an easy fix so we had the car back by Friday afternoon!

Only Michael Foertsch
With much drama and a lot of work that still needs to be done the little gal came home with us last night and we have enjoyed her today. Mechanically, she is wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints. They converted her to an automatic choke so the start-up is more streamlined. We have had no problems with that at all.
There are a few details and little things that were neglected that we will be fussing with. Including the not so small fact that the drivers door shouldn't be opened and the passenger seat is messed up. I wish I had a picture of the interior, it is amazing.
Anyway, Jimmy asked today if there was anyone I would let drive this but me. The only one I could select is Michael Foertsch. I would trust him absolutely with this beauty. Do you want to schedule a time to come ride? I mean . . . once the driver door opens!
